Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
Update and maintain patient data in the system
Handle billing-related administrative work
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Manage inquiries and resolve basic patient concerns
Follow all relevant health and safety protocols
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in front office, admin, or customer service roles
Previous experience in a healthcare field is highly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment
Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or healthcare is a plus
