At suncure.com, we strive to provide the best service to our users. However, if you need to request a refund, please read the following refund policy.

1. Appointment Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations by User: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee. A refund will only be issued if the cancellation is made in accordance with this policy.

- Cancellations by Us: If we cancel the appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

- Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, you may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.

- Refund Processing Time: If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

• If a client is 15 minutes late for the scheduled session time, the amount will be deducted from the original session time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled. If the service provider is late, the entire session will be continued.
• If confirmation and cancellation messages are not responded to within 6 hours of the reminder, the appointment will be canceled.
• If the appointment is for a child or teenager (aged 18 or younger), an adult/guardian/accompanied person is required for the entire session. The center is not responsible for receiving a child or teenager without an adult/guardian/accompanied person.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following cases:
- If we cancel the appointment on our own or the doctor is unavailable.
- If you cancel the appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If you encounter technical issues, our technical team will support you. If technical issues prevent you from booking or attending your appointment, you will receive a refund.

No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to attend your appointment without canceling within 24 hours.
- Unforeseen technical issues that occur during your appointment but do not prevent you from receiving the service.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@suncure.com or 16207 with the following information:
- Your full name
- Date and time of your appointment
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Proof of payment.

We will review and process your request in accordance with our Refund Policy and will contact you within two business days.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
